What You’ll Do
- Evaluate each patient based on their age, condition, illness, or injury.
- Develop and timely prepare individualized care plans based on evaluation findings.
- Supervise treatment plans and collaborate closely with support staff.
- Track and monitor clinic metrics for both therapy and administration.
- Contribute proactively to team discussions, offering solutions to challenges.
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive clinic environment.
- Go above and beyond to ensure every patient’s satisfaction and progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Current PA state license in good standing with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist with strong knowledge of physiology, therapeutic exercises, and physical modalities.
- Strong communication and instructional skills.
- Healthcare documentation and administration experience.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
